MODEL 138LR BELT DRIVEN LIVE ROLLER

Small diameter rollers on close centers make it possible for this conveyor to carry packages as small as 4" in length.  Adjustable slippage makes possible a limited amount of package accumulation

Conveys loads up to 125 lbs per foot. Adjustable slippage between belt and roller accumulates goods with little back pressure.  Safety pop out rolls make this unit safe to operate as part of a production line.

Model shown has its own drive, but when used with other belt driven live roller conveyors, this curve may be slave driven by an adjacent section.  True tapered rolls ensure that product orientation remains constant

Used where two conveyor lines running at right angles are required to converge or diverge.  Model shown has its own drive, but when used with other belt driven conveyors, may be slave driven by an adjacent section.

Mechanical sensors at intervals along the conveyor actuate air diaphragms which release the pressure between belt and roll.  This disables sections of the conveyor so that packages accumulate, each one in its own zone, with no contact between packages.  Different zone lengths, and electronic sensors (Smart Zone) are also available.   uvideo demonstration

This model is the choice to horizontally convey heavier unit loads where transfers, side loading or unloading are required.  Its standard center drive allows for reversing operation.
