Small diameter rollers on close centers make it possible for this conveyor to carry packages as small as 4" in length.  Adjustable slippage makes possible a limited amount of package accumulation

Normally slave driven by an adjacent straight section, and driving in turn, more straight sections, curves are just one of an array of line shaft components which may be driven by a single gearmotor and serpentine shaft.

MODEL 796LSS LINE SHAFT CONVERGING SPUR

Air cylinders skew rolls at the diverge point, eliminating plough diverters which do not work well with line shaft.

Urethane belts - themselves driven by the common shaft, are raised between the rolls by air diaphragms, transferring packages off the line at right angles.
