STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS
Bed - Conveying surface widths of 12"..56" in 2"
          increments are standard.  Special widths
          are available as option.
Frame - 4 ga (3/16") hot rolled mild steel, 5-1/2" x
          1-5/8" channel on drive side, 4" x 1-5/8"
          channel on idler side.
          Detachable 1-1/2" angle guard on idler
          side.  Heavy duty cross braces.
Rollers - 2-1/2" diameter 11 gauge mild steel rollers.
          Width and spacing as required.  11/16"
          hexagon shafts and 320 lbs capacity
          grease packed labyrinth sealed bearings.
Drive chains - #40 or #50 precision riveted chains.
          (chain size dependent on roll spacing and
          conveyor loading)
Supports - 4 ga hot rolled mild steel.  3-5/8" x 1-1/4"
          telescopes inside 4" x 1-1/2" channel for
          strength and adjustability.  Standard elevations
          24" plus or minus 6" top of roller.
Guarding - Drive chains and roll-to-roll slave chains
          are enclosed by formed mild steel guards.
          Standard guard material is 10 ga HRMS.  4 ga
          is used in high impact applications. 
Reducer - Heavy duty, sealed worm gear reducer.
Motor - 3/4 HP 230/460/3/TEFC standard.  Many
          options available.
Speed - 30 fpm standard.
